Born and raised in the Ottawa area, Norton knew he wanted to be a real estate professional since his time at Carleton University. For Norton, a career in real estate was the perfect opportunity to combine experience in sales and marketing with a client focused approach. Norton's real estate journey began in 2019 when he landed a role at Coldwell Banker First Ottawa Realty, where he was able to gain valuable industry experience, learn the opportunities and challenges that arise when meeting client's real estate needs and learn from top producing agents in the business.

While studying International Economics at Carleton University, Norton was also able to study for his real estate license, and in the spring of 2021 became a licensed full time real estate agent and University graduate. Norton's dedication, attention to detail and results-driven approach help his clients navigate the real estate market from start to finish.

Norton's hard work and dedication to his craft is shown through his first year in real estate, closing over $8,000,000 in transactions working with buyers, sellers and renters and winning the Coldwell Banker First Ottawa Rookie of The Year honours.

Norton is a Ottawa Homeowner. Aside from work, you can often catch Norton on the golf course, playing tennis or in a hockey rink around Ottawa. Having grown up in a restaurant family, Norton enjoys eating out at local restaurants with his friends and living an active lifestyle.
